1. Migrating to new computer - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
I just installed EVE on my new pc and easily copied installation and shared cache folders there, now do you guys know how I can transfer in game browser's bookmarks, chat channels and overview settings to the new computer? Thanks

So I tried again after few hours and it is working again somehow, it's either that the CCP staff fixed it for me or because I turned off the new probe scan feature from the options.

So after today's small update the game is stuck on a black screen during startup, it goes through the loading screen but then it is stuck in this limbo black screen before the characters portraits are shown. I can use the options by pressing ESC b...

I cant launch the game anymore, launcher is in coma. How can I fix it? repair tool did nothing. http://i.imgur.com/LcklTBu.jpg Edit: started to happen right after launcher was updated with the new drifter video.

5. I want eve fully installed in drive D: and not C: - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
I installed Eve in D:/ but apparently that's only 1GB and contains the executables, the other 30GB+ are scattered all over C: without my permission. Anyway to move them to D:/ which is my games directory?

I'm having the same problem everytime I start the launcher, it started two days ago, It's quite annoying because this only happened when there was a big patch but now it's happening everytime and I have to wait 5-10 minutes for it to finish.

Yeah same for me too, sometimes it takes up to 4mins for the exe file to actually start loading after starting it through launcher, and yes it all started with the DOD thingy even though I chose the launcher to download everything instead.

My launcher also is taking more time to load and says it's a pre-release version and may cauese problems blah blah...It all started few days ago, not sure what CCP done this time.

Hmm okay seemed like a false alarm for me, EVE launcher and most EVE links, Twitch and Photobucket all stopped working at the same time but everything is again working fine now and I easily logged into my EVE from launcher.

So right after today's downtime my launcher stopped working, it's basically not loading or updating...also my repair tool is now disabled! It's like as if EVE servers are rejecting me! Any solutions? also I dont wanna use exefile trick Screenshot...

So when running the game on DX11 mode, everything including ships, environment, etc looks bluish and dark and darker colours become hard to distinguish from each other, switching to DX9 completely fixed the issue. Using Geforce GT 650 with 320.4...

I had the same issue, deleting that file although mine was 79mb fixed the patch stuck issue and now im into the game.
